In light of recent events caused by COVID-19, we would like to update you on what we are doing to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility.
There is much uncertainty regarding the everchanging situation. Our foremost concern is the health and safety of our guests, our team and their families.
We are closely monitoring and reviewing any advice issued by national health organisations, as well as the World Health Organisation, and we are taking all the appropriate actions and precautionary measures within our hostel.
Specifically, we have increased the frequency of cleaning our common areas and increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers.
Unfortunately, we have to stop serving breakfast and cancel our food events beginning Friday, 20 March 2020.
Please be assured that we will do all we can to assist our guests during this difficult period. We remain commited to offering you flexible booking options, so we have adjusted some of our individual booking policies.
All non-refundable bookings for stays up to May 1st 2020 can be amended and the prepaid balance moved to a modified date. Please email us to discuss booking modifications with our team.
All flexible bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 2 days prior to their arrival date.
We would like to emphasise that the well-being and safety of all our guests and staff is our highest priority.
Thank you for reading this and for your understanding.
